  Local store. Not much variety. Staff seem to talk too much amongst themselves and seldom assist. I have been three times and this has happened on the 3 occassions.

  Fantastic Service from the Sunshine Harvey Norman. We bought some bed head, side tables and bedding. Jackie from bedding section was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We were very contented with his excellent service. We are very pleased with our purchase from him.

  Bad service... bought a couch arranged delivery today had no phone call with estimated time as promised. Called the store 3 times i got transferred to the warehouse went to a voicemail each time. Waited another hour tried another 4 times kept ringing out or going to voicemail. After I finally got onto someone to ask for a delivery time I was told the warehouse was having a "bad day" and couldn't help me.. not good enough really bad service...my 1st delivery few months ago the driver smelt like drugs was very put off thought I'd give the store another chance.. never again. They are nice to take your money but then they don't care about you. Will try amart next time most of their products that are duplicated from theirs are the same but half the price and much better service. Harvey Norman furniture no good

  Wish they had more things. Mobile phone station is never ready. The side where the printers are is in limbo. Wish there was more variety of things.

  Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great prices. Only downside is on the weekend you sometimes have to wait for service as theyre so busy which is really no big deal.
