    Went in for an element for my oven and got a great price on a fridge while i was there.

    Called up to fix a broken belt on my dryer. Told me that Euromaid no longer make dryers or service, but they would try and find a spare part through theirs but I should consider buying a refurbished one. Two weeks later, the spare part could not be found, but the offer to buy a refurb was still there. I called Euromaid who still definitely do make dryers and had 40 belts on hand.. Called to address it with lady on the phone who hung up on me.
