  There is nothing else offered other than $100 off for bad service. Overall, I learn Don's Fencing only care about your money. They just want to come in and do the job whenever they can and without caring for your property.

  If you have children or pets, you are strongly recommended to pay extra information. They left nail sticking out of posts just above the ground, about a lentgh of a thumb. The 30 seconds job is for customer to do at their own time and their own risk.

  Had a fence built by them last year, a fault developed in fence, I'm still waiting for them to fix it 8 months later! Not a recommended fencer

  We had to do a lot of follow up to get the job done, to make sure they have chased up for the amount from the neighbour to start the work although we have paid for deposit required.

  Their contractors (apparently one of their best contractors) come and do the job without warning and definitely let you find out the work yourself. PLUS they don't pay attention to your property. They spill concrete on our treasured property yet not much effort in cleaning them.

  They have terrible communication within org. We have to follow up many times to get one thing done. They already put us to Debt Collector without calling us and find out what is happening first.
